Blue Alpine Partners Ltd was established in 2017 when Joseph Bachman joined the Lyonwood Group. It is the result of the spinoff of the property consultancy arm of the business. Blue Alpine collaborates with Lyonwood in the sourcing, purchasing and selling of property in addition to development management. It also advises a broad range of its own property clients.
Over the years, Joseph, Mitul and Prash have built strong relationships with both the major and local auction houses and continues to be an active buyer and seller with these auctioneers.
